I started as a bartender in Venezuela. I worked with 80+ location chains like UDON. I designed and led beverage programs in Miami, New York, Europe, and Latin America. I competed, judged, and trained bartenders for two decades.

But what truly defined me as a professional was understanding that cocktails without business is just a hobby — and business without cocktails is just a generic bar. My work lives at the intersection: where every recipe has a margin, every process has a purpose, and every decision is backed by data.

Today I run SHADÛÛ Hospitality Consulting and use Artificial Intelligence tools to accelerate what used to take weeks. But the foundation stays the same: getting inside your operation, working with you, and leaving it better than I found it.
