I started as a bartender in Venezuela. I worked with 80+ location chains like UDON. I designed and led beverage programs in Miami, New York, Europe, and Latin America. I competed, judged, and trained bartenders for two decades.

I set up the full operation: bar layout, mise en place, checklists, and operations manual. I train your team in technique, service, and storytelling. And I negotiate with brands to secure sponsorships, complimentary product, training support, and co-marketing for your program.
We launch the program. I set up the KPI dashboard with a control traffic light. I deliver the 30/60/90 Roadmap with owners and targets. And I stay alongside you for 30 additional days to make sure everything holds up in the reality of daily service.
